Venice Design Biennale 2022

As Commissioner for Australia the Australia Council is pleased to announce Marco Fusinato and Alexie. The programme also includes Design Talks a Design Residency and the Platform an editorial project about design architecture and crafts culture in Venice and the Veneto region. As the official website of the Biennale di Venezia reports The 17th International Architecture Exhibition will run 22 May to 21 November 2021 curated by architect and scholar Hashim Sarkis. Open 10 am to 6 pm Arsenale.

The Venice Biennale is an international art biennial exhibition held in Venice Italy.

Alemani who curated the Italian Pavilion at the 2017 edition of the Biennale is the first. 59th International Art Exhibition. Came to its third edition the Venice Design Biennial 2021 curated by Francesca Giubilei and Luca Berta together with Martina Gamboni unfolds across the Venetian islands in an exhibiting itinerary that involves up to June 27th the spaces of SPARC Contemporary Art Space of SPUMA Space for the Arts of the Archaeological Museum of the Crociferi Oratory and of Palazzo Treves.

There is much to see and discover in the slowly reopening Venetian Lagoon. The 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia is curated by Cecilia Alemani with the theme The Milk of Dreams. This 2021 edition of the Venice Design Biennial couldnt be as planned the simple continuation of the previous ones.
